Thanks to its design office, Val’Air is important for research and development. In permanent watch and listening to new trends, our design office works to reduce the ecological footprint.

As such, Valmétal has developed for Val’Air vehicles a hydrostatic gearbox that prevents the addition of an auxiliary engine. The aim of this innovation is to reduce the use of fuel and thus allow for some flexibility in the use of the sweeper.

Recently, Val’Air has been developing its new range of electric cleanliness vehicles in 2015 with the creation of the LEV1200 compact washer designed for high pressure washing of streets and urban sidewalks.

Because every need is unique, Val’Air offers the integration of specific options or elements depending on the desired use.

Our range of sweepers on chassis is designed and developed for our customers. With the help of our technical and commercial teams, they study together the right solutions for customers. From the chassis type to the options through the general functionalities, each detail of the specification is reflected for optimal use of the machine.

Our range of electric washers is also custom-made according to the customer’s desired options.

The production site is located in Haute-Saône (70), close to Swiss and German borders. The site is 30 minutes from the A36 motorway, 30 minutes from the Belfort-Montbéliard TGV station and 1 hour from Basel-Mulhouse airport.

Thanks to its manufacturing workshop and assembly shop, Val’Air has 12,400m² of space for the design of its vehicles.

Valmétal designs and manufactures the components of the vacuum sweepers and the electric washers of the brand Val’Air, everything is realized, produced and assembled in France. The manufacturer also relies on proven components of known brands.
