After-Sales Service

Val’Air is always attentive to its customers in order to best meet their needs regarding the repair or maintenance of their sweepers and washers. We are available to ensure optimal use of the vehicles we manufacture.

We carry out after-sales follow-ups for the vehicles we produce, and we can provide support by phone, in our workshops, or at our customers’ premises.

Our mobile technicians can travel throughout France and across Europe to handle urgent repairs or maintenance, following a service request submitted in writing by the customer. We can also rely on a network of qualified service providers capable of working on the machines we manufacture.

Our spare parts stock level allows our maintenance teams to respond quickly and perform repairs as efficiently as possible.

Each member of our maintenance staff has been trained on our products. Whether it is a hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, or electrical issue, a specialist will be able to assist you.
